Calendar emails just got a lot more useful. You can now attach files and drop inline images right into the emails you send from Calendar — the same rich email experience we’ve recently updated in People, Groups, Registrations, Services, and Giving.
Send the actual thing, not a link to it
If your team sends out a PDF for the facility use agreement, or a map of your building, you can now attach those documents and insert those images directly into your emails without sending a link to an external URL.

A few more upgrades that came along for the ride
Because Calendar emails now use the People composer, you get some extras we think you'll like:
Auto-saved drafts. Step away and come back — your message is waiting.
Name placeholders. Drop in the sender's or recipient's first and last name make it easy to personalize emails
A couple of practical limits, in line with our other email tools:
Images: can be up to 10 MB each (JPG, PNG, or GIF), up to 20 per email
Attachments: are capped at 10 MB each and 10 MB total.
This is part of a broader effort to make email in Planning Center feel the same wherever you send it from. If there's more you'd love to see in Calendar’s emails, we'd love to hear about it!
