What kind of signups can I take in Registrations?
Take any kind of signup in Registrations—whether you need to collect payments and detailed attendee information for retreats or camps, or just get a headcount for a potluck.
How can I collect payments? Card? ACH bank transfer?
You can accept online payments through credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfers. You can also accept payments by check or cash and record them manually.
Can I use a different payment processor?
No, but transactions from other payment systems can be added manually.
Does Registrations work in my country?
Registrations is available worldwide, but event payments are only available in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
Are there any additional fees for event payments?
All transactions via card cost 2.15% + $0.30 rate and 0% + $0.30 for bank transfers in the United States (see pricing for Canada, New Zealand, and Australia). There are always rare, one-off fees associated with international cards, bank transfer failures, and so on. You can see a full list of those fees here.
