Pay Equity
We set pay levels by department to ensure equal pay for comparable work.
Vacation Time
Rest and recharge with two weeks of vacation each year, and three weeks of vacation after five years of employment.
Paid Holidays & Friday-Off Program
We offer 11 paid holidays plus the week off between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. We also run a Friday-off program: we take every Friday off for three summer months, and every other Friday off during the other nine months.
Sick Time
56 hours of paid time off (or more in some locations) to use however you need. Whether it’s for your own health, caring for family, or other personal matters, this time exists so you can focus where it matters most.
Parental Leave
Parents get up to 12 weeks* parental leave — while maintaining full pay/benefits — to focus on growing their family. *Fathers and non-birthing parents receive four weeks of paid leave and build up to the full benefit after six months of employment.
Sabbatical
Every five years, you get four full weeks of paid time off.
Servecation
After your first year of employment, take up to one week of paid time off each year to volunteer with a globally-focused nonprofit of your choice, and give back to the causes you care about most.
Work Expense Reimbursement
We reimburse you $100/month for your phone, internet, and utilities to support your remote work setup.
Health Allowance
Planning Center offers a flexible health stipend—up to $200/month—empowering you to invest in your physical and mental wellness in the ways that matter most to you.
Remote Weeks
We gather everyone in person three times a year to connect and strengthen our team culture.
Coworking Allowance
We provide up to a $250 monthly allowance for a coworking space so employees can work where they can focus.
Charitable Giving Match
We match your annual charitable giving up to $2,000 each year.
Personal or Professional Development
Every role at Planning Center comes with a dedicated budget and paid time off for growth, focused on either personal or professional development.
Home Office Stipend
To help you do your best work from home, new hires receive a one-time $2,500 stipend to set up a comfortable and productive office space. After that, you’ll receive an annual $550 stipend to maintain and enhance your setup with items that support your performance and enjoyment.
