Technology is moving fast and so is the church. We are committed to creating products that keep up with both.
Sixteen years ago, our co-founders worked at a church in full-time ministry.
Together they shared the overwhelming task of preparing for weekend worship services—scheduling volunteers, getting teams their sheet music and CDs before rehearsals, organizing the service plan, timing, and more.
Planning was complicated and stressful, and the only tools they had available were spreadsheets.
Their time was dominated by piecing together the puzzle of volunteer schedules, ensuring people actually showed up when they said they would, and painstakingly updating their various spreadsheets and databases with any changes.
When they couldn’t find another tool, they created their own—a product we now call Services.
As they started using Services to get things organized, their anxiety eased, and they found the energy and clarity they needed to invest in their ministries. They wondered if other churches would find Services as helpful as they did. It turns out they did—and they still do.
As the company grew, we learned from our customers about the needs of other ministries in the church.
We realized there were other spaces in the church, besides the worship department, that could use software built just for them. In response, we expanded our vision, grew our team, created new products, and started becoming the full church management software company we are today.
A lot has changed in the last sixteen years, but our love for the church, our team, and our products remind us who we are and keep us on track moving forward.
