Daily Check-Ins

Check-Ins is priced by the number of check-ins on your busiest day of the week. All plans include full feature access and an unlimited number of check-in stations and administrators.

Monthly Donations

Giving is priced by the total number of donations you collect and track each month. All plans include full feature access. Card, ACH transfer, and Apple Pay transactions are processed for a low, additional fee by Stripe. Learn more.

Group Members

Groups is priced by the number of members (including leaders) in an active group. Members are only counted once, even if they belong to many groups. Visitors are never included in the total. All plans included unlimited groups and group events.

Publishing is priced by which features you want to access. All plans include a home page and navigation options for Church Center. Upgrade to a paid plan to create custom pages and share sermon video and audio.

Pricing Details

  • 30 Days Free
    All plans start with a 30-day free trial. We won’t even ask for payment information until after the 30 days.
  • No Contracts
    We won’t lock you into a contract, you can adjust your plan any time, and you won’t be fined if you cancel.
  • One Free Application
    People is completely free. You can always use it on its own, but it’s more powerful alongside our other apps.
  • Sales Tax
    Card payment is preferred, but check is an option. You can pay monthly (card only) or every 3, 6, or 12 months.
  • Soft Plan Limits
    Giving, Check-Ins, and Registrations plans have soft limits, so you can occasionally exceed them.
  • Low Processing Fees
    All transactions accepted in Giving and Registrations are processed for a low fee by Stripe.

Low Processing Fees

Online payments in Giving and Registrations are processed at the lowest available rate by Stripe—an easy-to-use payment processor with no  setup fees, monthly minimums, or cancellation fees. They have the highest level of PCI compliance and are trusted by some of the world's largest businesses and non-profits.

Stripe’s fee is the only processing fee associated with Giving and Registrations. We do not charge any additional fees or beyond your monthly subscription. Use our processing fee calculator to see how much your church can save.
