We’ve made it easier to support multi-campus tracking for recurring donations and pledge campaigns. Following the release of the campus selector on the donation form, you can now edit or bulk-edit campus information for recurring donations and assign a campus to your pledge campaigns.

Campus support for recurring donations
Donors can now assign a campus on their recurring donations in Church Center, as shown in the screenshot above, and Giving administrators can set a campus on individual recurring donation schedules in Planning Center.
In addition, admins can update the fund and campus fields across all recurring donation schedules using the bulk edit donations tool.

Campus support for pledge campaigns
Pledge campaigns now also support campus assignments. Create separate campaigns and set the campus field when multiple locations are raising toward the same fund. Only donations with a matching campus count toward each campaign's goal.

Enable campus selector on donation forms
You can turn on campus support for recurring donations and pledge campaigns by enabling the campus selector in the donation form settings.
With this setting enabled, donors will see a campus field on the donation form in Church Center. See this update note for more information.

Use consolidated funds instead of campus-specific funds
