You can now add a campus selector to your donation form, so every gift is tied to the right campus.

When you turn it on, donors see a campus field as they give. It defaults to their primary campus when one is set, or to the campus they chose in the Church Center app. Donors can simply select a different campus if they're attending one, and if no default is known, they'll be asked to pick one before completing their gift. The result is accurate campus attribution without adding friction to the giving experience.

Here's where it helps:

  • New donors, or anyone giving without a primary campus set, no longer fall through the cracks — their gift still lands at the right location instead of going unassigned or to the wrong campus.

  • You can retire duplicate campus-specific funds like "Tithes – Downtown" and "Tithes – North" and use a single fund across all campuses, while the campus selector keeps location data accurate.

  • Giving by location stays reportable through real campus data rather than fund naming conventions.

  • Shorter, clearer fund lists mean donors are far less likely to give to the wrong fund.

To enable it, head to your donation form settings and check the campus selector option. It's off by default and available for organizations with more than one campus.

If you've been using campus-specific funds as a workaround, the bulk edit tool can help you move those donations into a single fund with the right campus applied before you turn the selector on and clean up your fund list. Using "Tithes - Downtown" as an example:

  1. Set the campus. Search for all donations to the "Tithes - Downtown” fund, then change "Campus to" → "Downtown."

  2. Update the fund. Search for those same donations again, then change "Fund to" → "Tithes."

  3. Clean up your fund list. Delete or unpublish the now-empty "Tithes - Downtown" fund when you're ready, so it no longer appears on your donation form.

Your donations now live in a single "Tithes" fund with the correct campus retained.

With the campus selector enabled, admins will be able to track the appropriate campus on donations without needing a separate “Tithes” fund for each campus.
