Track Event Attendance and Capacity with Headcounts Live

Now more than ever, it is incredibly important to track exactly how many people are present at in-person gatherings. Keeping attendance within a set capacity allows you to account for social distancing to promote health and safety. With the latest update to the Headcounts app, we released three new features to make it easier for you to stay on top of how many people are present. Live Headcounts The counter page in the Headcounts app now reflects the total number of headcounts across all devi

Introducing Headcounts for Android and iOS

Our Headcounts feature in Planning Center Check-Ins has been used by thousands of churches to record any type of attendance without tracking specific individuals. Until now, you’ve only been able to add and edit Headcounts from the Admin side of Check-Ins on the web. Headcount Reports and Dymo-Mite Browser Support

Headcount Report After the release of Headcounts, we took some time to figure out exactly what type of reports were needed. Check out our newest report option! This update includes quite a few background changes that lay the groundwork for the future of reports. Now that you can choose a “type” of report, we hope to expand on that idea a bit more. Stay tuned for some new types of reports! Check-Ins now supports all browsers! If you were with us back in September 2015, you might

Headcounts

On every event in Check-Ins you'll see a new "Headcounts" tab on the left. In it you'll find the Standard Headcounts at the top; Regulars, Guests, and Volunteers. These Standard Headcounts aren't editable, as they are the physical Check-ins you add in Station mode. Below that, you'll see where you can create your own Custom Headcounts that can be anything you'd like. In the below example you'll see I want to track my regular Worship Attendance, and how many Ushers are at each Service.
