About ServeWire VES
Ministry Vitals software is designed to automate church operations. ServeWire VES is our all in one Volunteer Engagement System that helps people identify their Spiritual Gifts, abilities, passions, experience, and personality type, and then matches their results with volunteer positions within your church. Our tests are fully customizable to align with your church values and can be as simple as a Spiritual Gifts assessment or a complete SHAPE test. Built-in volunteer postings can include qualifications that can be matched to test results, making it easy for congregants to find opportunities that are the best fit for them and then connect directly with a leader for that position.
How it works with Planning Center
ServeWire VES automatically creates custom tabs within Planning Center, and as congregants complete a customized assessment, their results are pushed to their profile. As congregants then view possible volunteer positions, they can apply or inquire through Planning Center forms linked to our software.
When synced, ServeWire VES automatically creates custom tabs within Planning Center profiles.
Test results are pushed from ServeWire VES to Planning Center profiles upon test completion.
Congregants can inquire or apply direction to volunteer postings through an optional use of PCO forms, allowing you to leverage workflows.
