Two months ago, we launched song and item leader assignments allowing churches to assign leaders for different moments during service. The web view was the primary assignment location while mobile was read-only for the assignments you led.
That changes today.
Editors and above can now assign song and item leader assignments directly from the mobile app within any plan. Also, if you can view a plan, you now have access to the new “leaders” menu filter so you can see all leader assignments right from within the plan or from within the media player without needing to go to the web.

How it works
From any song or item in your plan:
Select any song or item within the plan
Tap the edit leaders button within the leader section
Select the (+) on the top right corner of the page
Choose from any scheduled plan person or position
Select the save ( ✅ ) on the top right corner of the page

View all leader assignments
The leaders filter is now available in the mobile menu, so you can show or hide other people's assignments from your order of service, matching the filter experience already available on web.
Go to the order tab from within the plan
Select the hamburger menu
Select the leaders option

Why this matters
Song and item leader assignments give your whole team clarity over who's leading what. Whether you're assigning roles ahead of time, rehearsing and checking what others are leading, or making a last-minute change. Full mobile support means you can do all of it right from your phone. Wherever the work happens.
