Scheduling your team by hand means tracking down volunteers, checking availability, juggling conflicts, and hoping the math works out. Auto-Scheduling handles all of that in one tap — it looks at each person’s scheduling preferences, blockouts, conflicts, and last scheduled date, then fills your needed positions with the right people automatically. It’s one of the most powerful tools in Services, and until now, using it on the go meant finding a laptop first.

Auto-Scheduling is now fully available in the Services mobile app on iOS and Android, right from the Plan’s Teams screen.

How it works
There are three ways to get started:
Tap the Auto-Schedule action button on the Teams screen to auto-schedule across all the teams you lead at once
Tap the action dropdown on a specific team to auto-schedule just that team

Tap the (+) actions button to access auto-scheduling for all of the teams you lead

The app fills needed positions automatically for the teams you selected.
Undo in one tap
If the results aren’t what you expected, tap Undo right from the confirmation bar to reverse the run instantly. No need to manually remove people one by one.
