When volunteers sign up to serve, they're stepping up to help with an important moment. Whether it's a weekend service, a midweek service, a special event, or any other plan your church runs, they're committing their time to serve in those roles. But sometimes the signup sheet didn't tell them exactly what they were signing up for. The date, time, and position were there, sure. But the actual plan title, the context, the specifics? Not so much.

Until now.

Today, we're bringing plan titles to signup sheets everywhere. Your volunteers will see the full picture of what and where they're serving, right from the moment they sign up.

How it works

If your plan has a plan title, it’ll now appear with the plan date on signup sheets. When a team member taps sign up to see all available options, they immediately see the plan name alongside the date and time.

This works in four places where volunteers sign up:

  • Services mobile app (iOS and Android)

  • Church Center mobile app (iOS and Android)

  • Services web

  • Church Center web

Why this matters

Clarity matters. When your volunteers know exactly what plan they're signing up for, it makes the entire process more predictable. No more missed context. No more confusion about which plan or service they committed to. The plan title does the work for you, making signups clearer and reducing post signup declines.

Download the latest version of the Services mobile app, the Church Center app, or head to your My Schedule page in Services web to open the Signup modal. You’ll see plan titles right at the top. No setup needed.
