We recently released direct messages in Planning Center Chat. If you’ve enabled it for your church, volunteers in Services can start direct messages with their teammates. Now, we’ve added the ability for Services Administrators, Editors, and Schedulers to start direct messages with anyone they can see. You can have up to 10 people in the conversation, and this update is available across both web and mobile. To get started, open up chat and tap the Create conversation icon > Direct message and begin searching for the people you want to message. The search results will now display any person visible to you inside Services.

We hope this makes it just a little easier to coordinate all those last-minute details with your volunteers.
