Admins and managers can now add internal notes directly on a registration. These notes are only visible to your team. Attendees will not see them.

Sometimes the most important context comes up during a follow-up call, a conversation at check-in, or while managing special accommodations. Now there is one place to keep track of it all.

Notes support rich text formatting, so you can use bold, italics, lists, and emoji.
