You can now connect your AI tools to ask questions about your Services, Groups, and Registrations data, in addition to People.
Learn how to set it up by visiting our help article.
Ask about service plans, songs, groups, and more
Here are a few examples to get started:
"Who hasn't confirmed for this Sunday's service yet?"
"Which of our worship volunteers are also in a small group?"
"Which new visitors this month have already joined a group?"
"How many people have registered for VBS this summer?"
All existing People tools are still available.

Already connected? Here's what to do
If you connected Planning Center MCP before this update, you'll need to reconnect to get access to the new products. Remove your existing connection and add it again. During setup, you'll be asked to approve which products to share. ChatGPT users can disconnect and add it directly from the store.
If you only use People and don't need Services, Groups, or Registrations, your existing connection will keep working.
Your data is secure
Only people with a Planning Center login can connect, and they'll only see what their permissions allow. When you connect, you'll see a scope picker where you choose exactly which products to grant access to.

You may also notice a 'Write access' option for People. This enables two new tools for adding new notes and form submissions.
By default, some AI tools may use your conversations to train their models. Since your conversations could include personal information from Planning Center, we recommend checking your tool's model training settings and turning this off.
View and manage connected users
Users with organization admin permission can view and disconnect users who are connected to AI tools by visiting Account settings > Integrations > External connections under Planning Center MCP.
