Workflows help your team track and follow up with people through a defined series of steps. The main steps view is where that work happens day to day — and we've made several updates to give your team better visibility into everyone's progress and more flexibility when managing cards.

Filter by all assignees — A new "All Assignees" option in the assignees filter lets you see every card in the workflow at once, regardless of who it's assigned to. Step counts and the assignees dropdown now update dynamically based on your selected filter, so the numbers always reflect exactly what you're looking at. And when you're viewing the full team's cards, yours stand out automatically — with a blue left border and your name in blue so you can find your work at a glance.
A card for every journey — You'll notice the main action button has been renamed from "Add someone to workflow" to Add card and moved to the top right. Here's why: a card represents one journey through a workflow — not one person. The same person can have multiple cards if they need to go through the process more than once. The new name reflects that more accurately.
Clearer controls — The Ready/Snoozed filter, Assignees filter, and Sort options have moved to the top right to make it clear they apply globally across all steps. Step management options — adding and reordering steps — are now tucked into a menu next to the Workflow Steps header.
These changes make it easier to see how your cards are assigned, and present the filters and options in a way that's more intuitive. We hope this helps you follow up with your people so no one falls through the cracks.
