Today, workflows get their first reporting tool: you can now export a CSV report for any workflow directly from the workflow detail page.
If you manage workflows, getting a snapshot of how all cards are progressing has meant opening each card individually or creating separate lists for each step and manually splicing the exports together. That works for small workflows, but when you're overseeing a connect process with hundreds of cards or trying to hold your team accountable on follow-up across multiple steps, it doesn't scale.
What's in the report
Click the new "CSV export" button on a workflow to generate a report with detailed information for every card:
Person details: full name and profile URL
Card details: card URL, date added to the workflow, and total days in the workflow
Current progress: current step, days in the current step, and card status (active, overdue, or snoozed)
Assignee info: current assignee and their profile URL
Follow-up context: days overdue (if applicable) and snoozed-until date (if snoozed)
:quality(80))
By default, the report covers in-progress cards. Toggle "Include completed cards" to pull completed cards into the export as well if you want to see how long it took people to move through the workflow.
Reports include up to the 10,000 most recent cards.
Permissions
This report respects the "Can export CSVs & reports" permission, so only users with that setting enabled will see the Report button.
