Improved: New list columns, conditions, and export data

We've shipped a handful of list improvements to help you get more useful data out of your lists whether you're building conditions, viewing results, or running exports. Here's what's new:

Person ID now included in all list exports

Previously, Person ID was only included when you exported with "All available data," which meant exporting a bunch of extra columns just to get the one identifier you needed to match profile data across products. Person ID is now always included in list exports.

"Any year" conditions for custom field dates

If you track dated-based milestones like baptismal anniversaries or name days using custom date fields, those fields now support the same "(any year)" and "(with year)" condition structure you're used to with birthdate and anniversary. 

Household Primary Contact now shows email

We've added the primary email address in addition to the name & primary phone to the Household Primary Contact column, so you can see all key contact info at a glance. This should be especially handy when you need parent contact details for an upcoming kids' event.

"Declined invitation" now appears in Directory Status

If you've been using the Directory Status column, you may have noticed that profiles who declined a directory invitation were showing as "Not listed", even though "Declined invitation" was already available as a list condition. The column now correctly displays "Declined invitation" for those profiles.

Graduation Year column

Graduation Year is now available as a column option, right after School. You've been able to filter on it in conditions, but now you can see it in your results too.

Years Married condition and column

For churches that celebrate marriage milestones — like honoring couples married 50+ years — building that list used to involve some date math and manual counting. We've added a new "Years Married" condition that works just like Age, calculated from the anniversary date. You can filter by specific values, ranges, or whether it's defined. We've also added Years Married as a column so you can see the number right in your results.
