When we launched form response automations in June, each one triggered on a single, specific answer. That works great for things like campus-specific welcome emails, but it meant setting up a separate automation for every possible response. Tedious if you had an optional field and wanted the same follow-up no matter which option someone picked.
Now there's an "Any response" option at the bottom of the response dropdown. The automation fires anytime that field is answered, regardless of the selection.

So if you've got a non-required "Which volunteer team interests you?" field with 10 options, that's one automation instead of ten.
