Improved: Background check list conditions

We’ve updated our background check list conditions to support all available statuses from third-party integrations. You can now:

• Filter by specific statuses (e.g., only “Complete (clear)”)

• Exclude checks with specific statuses (e.g., don’t show profiles with “Canceled” checks)

If you’re used to the older statuses and want to group results  like “In progress” or “Completed,” here’s how they map to the new ones:

We’ve also added a separate  “Background check expiration” condition to expired or soon-to-expire checks:

These changes give you more precise control over tracking, managing, and following up on third-party background checks in lists.
