We recently updated the Action Menu on the main Profile Page (that little gear icon), paving the way for future improvements. Before, it was just a small icon that was often overlooked. If you didn't know, you didn't know, right?

Now, it's clear that this is the place to go to do the thing(s):

  • The Actions menu continues to house the Permissions outline, where you can add Admin Access to People, the Set Inactive action, and more.

  • If the profile has any duplicates, that menu will turn yellow, with a new warning icon, making it very clear that an action must be taken .

  • If the profile is inactive:

    1. the whole header is now a darker gray, to emphasize this state

    2. the inactive date is stored in the action menu, for easy reference

    3. the actions available are now limited
