Churches outside the US often use different names for grades. Now, for churches in Canada, Australia, and the UK, we have region-specific options for you!
How do I change my grades?
Just head over to Accounts → Localization → Local Grades.
If your country is set to Australia, Canada, or the UK, you’ll now see a regional grade format option right alongside the default US list. You can check out the new list in your account settings, and make the switch when you are ready!
You’ll see your new list everywhere grades live
Your newly selected grade list will show up consistently in:
People: Profiles & Lists
Check-Ins: Location filters
Registrations: Assignments and selection type settings
Church Center: What parents see when registering, filling out a form, or viewing their household data
Behind the scenes, promotion rules and the school feature still work the same. Now they just respect your new grade list.
What if my country doesn’t have a grade list available?
If your country isn't listed yet, we want to hear from you! There is a form link under the existing grade options in your Account where you can request your grade names for future consideration. We’d love to hear your feedback!
