Giving's new donation history import tool is now available in beta. You can import your church's giving history directly into Giving, so donors can see their full giving record and you can run accurate contribution statements.

How it works
Upload a CSV from your previous system, map your columns and values to fields and values in Giving, then review any rows that need attention before anything is saved. The donation import tool automatically matches existing donor profiles, handles common formatting differences, and surfaces only the errors, so you can fix and re-upload just those rows. Once you finalize, Giving creates in-progress batches organized by year, ready for you to review and commit. If something doesn't look right after the import, you can undo it within two weeks.
Why this matters
Donors can see their complete giving history in Church Center.
You can generate accurate contribution statements for the full year, even if you moved to Giving mid-year.
Leadership can analyze giving trends across years without jumping between systems.
