Over time, payment source lists can get cluttered, especially when old or unused sources stick around. Until now, there wasn’t a way to clean them up.

That’s changed! Giving admins can now archive payment sources they’re no longer using, helping reduce the chance of picking the wrong source during batch entry and making lists easier to manage.

When a payment source is archived:

  • It won’t show up as an option in batch entry or when editing donations

  • New donations can’t be created with it through the API 

  • Past donations stay exactly the same—your historical data, reports, and filters are unaffected

Need it back later? No problem. You can restore an archived payment source anytime.

Archived payment sources are shown separately from active ones, so your list stays organized as it grows.
