We launched a new donation form on Church Center web in September. Read all about it in our blog post , where you will find a side-by-side comparison video of the old form and the new!

The new donation form is now available on both the Church Center app and your embedded website form! Your donors will enjoy the same streamlined experience and features across app and web. If you’ve embedded the donation form on your website, the new design lets donors use saved payment methods or pay by bank without leaving your site. Previously, they were redirected to a new browser window to log in to Church Center. Now, a more secure flow keeps them on your website, helping them give faster and save on processing fees with bank payments.

How to enable this for your donors

  • If you have already opted in to the new donation form, it’s now visible across web, app, and the embedded component (if you have added that to your website). 

  • If you have not yet opted in, you’ll see the option to toggle it on in the banner at the top of your Giving dashboard . 

To see the update in Church Center app, donors will need to update to the latest version (#4870). Keep an eye out as we continue to enhance the giving experience for your donors!
