For customers using Giving, Organization Administrators can now see Giving in the product switcher along with all other product subscriptions. If an admin doesn’t have Giving permissions, clicking on it will direct them to a page with a clear explanation and an option to request access from current Giving admins.

Due to the sensitive nature of financial data, access to Giving is not granted automatically to org admins. Only admins who have been manually assigned a role within Giving can access it. This tutorial on How Permissions Work in Planning Center Giving explains more.

You can see who currently has access to Giving for your account on the Product Users tab of the People page in Account settings.
