We’ve added a new printer troubleshooting flow in the Check-Ins mobile app to help you diagnose and resolve issues right from your device. Any time you have a printer problem, whether you’re preparing during the week or checking families in on Sunday morning, this new page will help get you printing again.
Tap Troubleshoot under your selected printer to walk through guided, step-by-step help for Brother, Zebra, and Citizen printers.
This new flow will help you identify common issues and, if needed, send helpful diagnostics to our Support team to get you back to printing faster.
With this update, we’ve also refreshed the printer settings screen on iOS to make things clearer and less cluttered. All the settings you are familiar with are still there, but now, you’ll only see settings that are important to your printer model.
