Users without a birthdate on file will now see an age verification screen before accessing Chat. Anyone who indicates they are under 13 years old will be prevented from logging into church center until their profile’s set birthdate that confirms they're 13 or older. We’re making this change to better protect minors and to meet age-related legal and privacy requirements that apply in many places, especially for people under 13.
If someone is blocked and the birthdate is incorrect or missing, an admin with People editing permission can update it at any time in Planning Center People.
