Event request form submissions now have their own dedicated page where you can view all the original submission details, even after you've made changes to the event or if the request was rejected. Previously, submission details were only visible in the event activity log, which meant they could get buried as you made updates, and completely disappear if an event was rejected or deleted. Now, viewing a form submission is more accessible and easier than ever.

You'll find a link to the submission page in two places: on the “Submissions” tab for each form, and in the Files tab on the event page. This makes it easy to reference what was originally requested, compare it to the current event details, or review past submissions for historical record-keeping.
