Our latest update is a refresh of the background check dashboard to surface the most important information.

The first new thing you’ll see on the dashboard are the quick filters right at the top.

These filters highlight four things: any recently expired invitations, checks that need your attention (have a status of “consider”), checks that will expire soon, and checks that have recently expired.

When you click on any of those filters, you’ll be able to quickly order new background checks for anyone who needs them.

If you need to get into the nitty-gritty of individual background checks, you can use the more detailed filters, including the check’s status and source.
