Why is there a charge on my card?
If you receive a charge for Planning Center, this means that your card is listed as the billing info for an organization using Planning Center Planning Center software.
Who is Planning Center?
We are suite of online applications for worship planning and church management.
Who authorized this charge?
If you didn’t sign up for Planning Center, you may want to ask around the office, starting with your music or worship department. We’ve found that most frequently the confusion arises from someone else at your church signing up for the product.
Can we get an invoice for the charges?
To get an invoice, please use the form above to enter your credit card and billing address. Every month, we send an automatic invoice or receipt to the Billing Manager for your church. If you would like to receive the invoices and receipts automatically each month, have a current Organization Administrator add you as Billing Manager following the steps in this article.
We usually recommend that Billing Manager(s) are individuals in charge of finances for the church, while Organization Administrators are individuals who are responsible for the administration of your Planning Center account itself.
Who is my Organization Administrator?
If you’re unsure of who your church’s Organization Administrator is, you can use the form at the top of this page to acquire this information. You’ll need the last four digits of the credit card on file with the associated account, along with the billing zip code, to access this information.
How do I cancel my account?
If you’re the Organization Administrator of your account and have decided that Planning Center isn’t right for your organization at this time, follow the steps in this guide to cancel or unsubscribe.
We’re sorry to see you go, but once you’ve cancelled, you won’t be charged again, though you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
