Registered Canadian charities can receive discounted rates of 2.2% + $0.30/donation for domestic Visa/MC cards by providing evidence of their non-profit status. Otherwise, Stripe's standard Canadian rates apply.

What happens if we go over my plan limit?
Nothing bad. Everything in your account will work perfectly and no one in your congregation will even know. We’ll send you an email suggesting you upgrade if you go over more than once.
Can I change my subscription after we sign up?
Yup. Anytime. A lot of customers do that with Registrations when they’re getting ready for large events (VBS, Trunk or Treat, a Christmas Concert etc.) and then go to the free plan until the next event.
Do you have any cancellation or start up fees?
Nope, we only charge for the products you use, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without any fees.
How much do you charge for your app?
The base app is free! The Church Center essentials are free: app setup and management, home page, and engagement analytics. You only have to pay if you want to upgrade to design custom pages and themes, or to share sermon notes and audio/visual channels.
What Calendar plan do we choose if we don’t need facilities management?
Choose the free plan! You only have to pay if you want to manage room bookings. You can make as many events as you want, use all the connections with other products, and even manage resource approvals.
Is there a charge for texting through Planning Center?
Yes, you can add a toll-free number for $5 a month to provide Text2Give options for donors through Giving. To send text messages to your congregation, you can use People and purchase credits for $0.02 per text.
