How it works with Planning Center
Intulse's integration with Planning Center merges your communications systems with your ChMS (Church Management System). Any screen in the Intulse App that normally displays a simple phone number automatically searches the caller ID within Planning Center and returns any Person records that match. When someone calls you instead of displaying the caller ID you'll see the name of the person as it appears in Planning Center and can click on the name to open the details with Planning Center. You can quickly add call records to a person and the note will automatically contain all the basic information about the call such as the start time, duration, and if the call was recorded, a link to the recording. With our browser companion App inside Planning Center you will be able to start a call to any phone number you click on.
