We’ve given the People section of your Account settings a small but mighty upgrade! If you’ve ever added an organizational admin or billing manager and thought, “Wait… did that just happen already?” this update is for you.

Add admins easily with a button instead of searching 

Those old inline search boxes have retired from their instant-action lifestyle. In their place, you’ll now see a clean, simple Add button.

Click it, and you’ll get a helpful modal that walks you through the process one step at a time — no surprises.

Inside the modal, you can:

  1. Search for the right person

  2. Pick them from the results

  3. Confirm your choice by clicking Add

  4. Or choose Create a new person if they’re brand new

Only after you click Add does anything actually happen.

Clarity to the process means less mistakes

This update makes adding high-access roles more intentional and a lot less “oops.” The clear Add buttons give you a clearer flow, a moment to double-check, and a familiar “search → select → confirm” experience so you can assign roles with confidence.
