We’ve reorganized how you manage your Planning Center account to make things simpler and easier to find. You’ll now see two new tabs in your top navigation: Subscriptions and Payments.
🧾 Subscriptions
The new Subscriptions tab combines the old Products and Billing tabs into one place.
You can now:
Manage your product subscriptions
Update billing information and your payment method
Review your billing history
Purchase text messaging credits
Everything related to your subscriptions and billing is now together in one spot.
💸 Payments
The new Payments tab is where you’ll manage your Stripe integration—how your organization receives funds through Planning Center.
From here, you can:
Connect or manage your Stripe integration
View payout reports
