You asked for it, and we listened! Event rooms can now be shown in Church Center, making it easier for your congregation to know exactly where they need to be.
When you add rooms to your Calendar events, you can choose to have them appear directly below the location in Church Center—giving your people clear, at-a-glance information about where their event is happening. Whether it's a small group meeting in Room 203 or a worship night in the main sanctuary, everyone will know exactly where to go.
You're in Control
This feature is flexible and respects your workflow. You can choose which rooms appear in Church Center by using the new "Show in Church Center" toggle next to each room (look for the same icon we use in the schedule view). This means you can show only the rooms that matter most to your congregation while keeping internal or administrative spaces private. This setting is off by default, so you'll need to enable it for the rooms you want to display. Only fully approved rooms will be displayed, ensuring your congregation always sees accurate, finalized information.

This update takes the guesswork out of "Where do I go?" and helps your people engage with confidence.
