Last year, we brought chat to Services teams and to the web via the global toolbar. No matter which Planning Center product you’re using, you always have direct access to all your chat conversations. Many of you are in a significant number of conversations, which sometimes makes it difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for. To help you navigate the volume of conversations, we’ve introduced conversation filters for the web toolbar.
The filter settings appear above the conversations list. You can choose to filter to conversations from:
- All of your groups
- All of your teams and plans
- A specific group
- A specific team
Once you choose a filter, the chat window will keep that view saved as you navigate around Planning Center. If you want to remove the filtered view, tap All to see all your conversations.
