Cleaning out old files used to be tedious—especially if you needed to remove a large batch. Now, Admins can delete files in bulk with a new file selector and soft-delete safety net, making it easier to keep your file library tidy without losing peace of mind.

What's new

  • Bulk select files
  • Bulk delete with confirmation view
  • Recently deleted page
  • Restore file option

How it works

You’ll now see a file selector on the Files page letting you choose and delete multiple files at once.

Recently deleted files

Once deleted, files will be moved to a Recently Deleted area where they’ll stay for 30 days before being permanently removed. If you change your mind, you can restore files anytime during that window. The Recently Deleted modal includes:

  • A list of all files deleted in the past 30 days
  • A “Restore By” date for each file
  • Who deleted the file
  • A one-click restore button for any file

This gives you time to clean up confidently while keeping a safety net in place.

Why this matters

We know file clutter builds up fast—and deleting files one at a time just doesn’t cut it. That’s why we’ve added bulk delete tools to help you quickly clean things up and stay focused on what matters most: your ministry.
