Our background check provider, Checkr, will no longer be offering the applicant pay option to new customers and will be announcing a plan for deprecating that option for existing customers. As such, we've removed support for applicant pay from Planning Center.

If you do use the applicant pay option, you can still order those checks from within the Checkr interface and manually add the results to Planning Center, however that option will be removed from Checkr's options at a yet to be decided upon date.
