We’ve made two small improvements to workflows to give you a better picture of how cards are progressing through workflows and make sure people don’t fall through the cracks.
Overdue and unassigned counts on the workflow index
In addition to showing counts for your cards and ready cards, the workflow index page now also displays:
- The number of overdue cards
- The number of unassigned cards
These changes give workflow admins and overseers a quick snapshot of what might need attention without opening each workflow.
Alert when a step is missing a default assignee
When a step in your workflow doesn’t have a default assignee, we now flag it on the workflow index & individual step:
