Improved: Better Name Matching in Church Center

The name fields on a form are now a little bit smarter when someone fills them out including a suffix (like, "Jr.").

Before, if a profile in your database had a suffix (eg: "George Smith Jr"), and then George filled out your form as "George Smith" (with a matching email address), you'd end up with a new profile for George.

Now the form will be a little more forgiving with that suffix as long as the rest of the name and email address match. So George can fill out the form as "George Smith", "George Smith Jr.", or "George Smith Jr" without creating a duplicate profile.

This same logic will apply when George puts in information in other places in Church Center as well, such as Groups or Giving.
