We are excited to show you the newest update to Planning Center! The first thing you will notice is that we have redesigned the header across all of our pages. Shane, our designer, has continued to add his touch to the site and we really think it looks great! Hopefully you do too!

New Calendar

This new calendar has some new added functionality along with its new look! Here are some new features:

  • "My Calendar" only shows you the dates you are scheduled for or have blocked out. This will show you from all accounts you have linked together (more below).

  • "View Master Calendar" allows you to view all of your Times, Block Out Dates, Birthdays & Anniversaries

  • On the Master Calendar you can filter to a specific Service Type and it will only show you Times, Block Out Dates, Birthdays & Anniversaries from within that service type

  • You can choose what content you want to view on the calendar and then select File -> Print from your browser to get a beautiful calendar print out.

It's also got a nice new look to it. Hopefully you enjoy these changes. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to work hard on them!

Linking Accounts Together

We have heard of many people who have more than one account in Planning Center so we thought we would make it easier on those of you in this situation! Now you can login once and access both or however many you have! To set this up you need to:

  • Make sure the First Name, Last Name, e-mail address & passwords are the same for all accounts.

  • Log out then log back in, and when you get to the "Select Your Account" page you can click "Link these accounts" to link them all together.

Then when you login you'll be able to switch between the two accounts with just one click! Also the "My Calendar" will show what you are scheduled for in BOTH accounts. And, you are able to block out dates and have it reflect in both accounts or just in one. Also when one church tries to schedule you but you are scheduled at another church it will warn them that they are trying to double book you.
